The general aim is to enhance deployability and employability. The output consists of a realistic profile for the
future or a search profile, accompanied by a c.v. and an activity plan. The less tangible output consists of a
strengthened self-awareness, greater insight into the employee’s own value in the job market and a more
output- or result-orieted self-management.

PROGRAM 2 CAREER ASSESSMENT + COACHING
For employees who want objective advice on appropriate choices with regard to positions, areas, industries or training. The report setting out interests, affinities, capacities and competencies is used as a guide during three coaching meetings which focus on job market opportunities and personal development.

PROGRAM 3 JOB MARKET COACHING
This coaching programme offers interviews with a job market adviser for employees who are unwilling or unable to work in a group on job-seeking skills. The same topics covered by the New Style Job-Seeking training are covered in a one-to-one context.

PROGRAM 4 EXECUTIVE COACHING
This programme is specially designed for young executives who either already occupy a management position
or wish to achieve a management position. Eight detailed consultations offer the “manager” support from a
team of specialist Essensia coaches in order to assess and shape their thinking about developing their deployability in a new future through reflection. The coaches use a personalised approach. They ask probing questions, reflect and provide expert advice drawing on their personal experience. A lot of attention is paid to communications-related aspects and interaction with the work and home environment.
A personal meeting with one of the coaches takes place every week. Contact can also be maintained with the coaches by digital means between meetings. Topics which may be covered include:
- Assessment of potential: a personalised Competency Assessment
- Job market value: meeting with an executive searcher
- Industry networking meetings
- Partner programme, balance between home and work and/or work reintegration in the Netherlands
