CAPACITIES RESEARCH

The Capacities Study provides insight into the learning capacity and cognitive potential of the employee. It can also be determined whether the strengths are more on the verbal / textual level or more on the numerical and logical / analytical level. In addition, an assessment is made of the level (High school/Secondary education, Associate degree, Bachelor or Master) at which the employee operates. Various capacity tests are used and the investigation is concluded with an interview in which the results and any future steps are discussed.

PERSONALITY RESEARCH

This research is used to gain insight into the behavioural styles and motivation of the employee. The personality questionnaire is administered automatically and is tailored to work-related situations. In our assessment centre, we prefer to work with the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ), a work-related personality questionnaire that is regarded as standard in the market. The investigation is concluded with a behavioural interview.

CAREER CHOICE RESEARCH LIGHT

With this research, it is mapped where ambitions or affinities lie in relation to suitable functions and functional areas. A career choice and motivation test are taken. The investigation is concluded with an interview with an assessment psychologist, in which the test results are discussed and tested.
